Kathy Doyle, President

Kathy has been responsible for providing the vision and focus that has made Doyle Research an industry leader in qualitative research. She and her team take pride in offering innovative qualitative research methods including in-person focus groups and in-depth interviews, the latest online and mobile methods, ethnography and social media analysis. Her goal has always been to advance the profession and give clients the ability to gain deeper insights into their customers.

Kathy began her market research career in advertising research at Ogilvy and Mather. She started her own firm in 1986 and sold it to 20|20 Research in 2018. She has a BA from Michigan State University and her Masters from the University of Michigan. She has served two terms on the Board of the QRCA, as well as held roles on a variety of committees. She is also an active participant and speaker at market research industry conferences including Quirks, QRCA and IIeX. When not at work, Kathy stays busy maintaining close ties to family and friends, is a Trustee on her Village’s Library Board, loves reading and reality TV, and is famous for her cherry scones!
