Our topic was methods and best practices for observing your target audience in-situ and how these methods can support critical brand decisions. After all, shadowing the customer (whether literally or digitally) allows us to witness behaviors as they naturally unfold and reveals subtle, often unconscious, nuances that result in real insights – insights that would be lost to if left to self-reporting or recall.
