Colleen is an energetic and seasoned qualitative professional who will work with you to ensure your project’s success. Working as your research partner, she will make sure the right questions are being asked to the right audience. With a client side marketing and advertising agency background she goes beyond the findings to offer strategic recommendations.
Colleen believes that by treating each participant with respect, honesty, and sincerity, marketers can understand more deeply the values, motivations, and priorities of their target audiences.
Colleen has a warm, friendly moderating style, resulting in lively and illuminating groups and interviews. She enjoys engaging respondents from many backgrounds, including parents, physicians, professionals, teens, and seniors. She has deep category experience in consumer packaged goods, healthcare, and financial services.
Colleen’s skills were honed in advanced moderator training at the Burke Institute, and she was also trained in creative brainstorming techniques at the Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI).
Colleen began her career with Citibank and moved to the agency side with Leo Burnett Advertising. She was formerly Research Director at Demand Research. For the past 15 years she has worked as a Moderator and Qualitative Insights Specialist. She has degrees in marketing from both the University of Notre Dame and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
